Book Group
Love to read and chat? Come to the next meeting of the WNC Book Group! We meet at a member's home about every six weeks, with six to twelve members at each meeting. While we tend to pick contemporary fiction novels, we also enjoy an occasional memoir or non-fiction book. We do always discuss the book, but the meeting is also a nice way to get to know some of the members better. Come join us for a great discussion and a glass of wine!
Book Ends should have our chosen books in stock and will give you a discount if you mention the WNC Book Group.

Our Upcoming Events
Monday, April 12, 2010
~ 7:30 pm ~ Home of Jeanne Marois
Our April meeting will be a discussion of Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. We postponed this book discussion from February to April, to give everyone more time to get through it. Atlas Shrugged is a book about Ayn Rand's philosophy and vision for the world. In a 1998 Random House/Modern Library readers' poll, Atlas Shrugged was named the greatest novel of the twentieth century.
